The Word of God says

King of Kings / Melech malchei Hamelachim / מלך מלכי המלכים

Shalom Friends,

I hope you are having a good week so far!

In Revelation 19:11-16 we read about this vision given to Yochanan (John):

11 Next I saw heaven opened, and there before me was a white horse. Sitting on it was the one called Faithful and True, and it is in righteousness that he passes judgment and goes to battle.
12 His eyes were like a fiery flame, and on his head were many royal crowns. And he had a name written which no one knew but himself.
13 He was wearing a robe that had been soaked in blood, and the name by which he is called is, “THE WORD OF GOD.”
14 The armies of heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and pure, were following him on white horses.
15 And out of his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down nations – “He will rule them with a staff of iron.”c It is he who treads the winepress from which flows the wine of the furious rage of ADONAI, God of heaven’s armies.
16 And on his robe and on his thigh he has a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

What a spectacular vision that was given to Yochanan.

Although Yochanan recorded this vision in words, words can’t truly describe this glorious sight of the King of Kings. When we read this, just picture it in your own mind: Yeshua, the King of Kings in action with the Armies of Heaven!

The vision also shows the various names of Yeshua: Faithful and True, a name written which no one knew but himself ( thus, a special name reserved only for the King of Kings), THE WORD OF GOD; and the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. By reading this, we get better insight into who Yeshua really is. We are learning His names, His purpose, features and characteristics.

In John 14:7 Yeshua also told us that if we know Him, we also know the Father and we’ve seen Him.  We don’t get a better view of Yeshua than this vision in Revelation 19:11-16.

As we get to know Him more by reading the Word of God together, we should remember to always give thanks for His grace continues forever (Psalm 136:3; 1 Thessalonians 5:18).

We should give thanks not only for our life, the good but also the bad, the tears, the laughter and the hard times.

Now, let’s listen to the song Melech malchei Hamelachim  /  מלך מלכי המלכים / King of all Kings

As a final thought, I’d wanted to re-blog these blog posts that are definitively worthwhile reading:

Words to the song:

Slach li avi ki khatati lekha

Forgive me Father for I have sinned against you

מחול לי על כל פשעי

Machol li al kol peshai You have forgiven me of my guilt

גם בימים ששכחתי אותך

Gam b’yamim shshkachti otcha

Also in the days that I forgot you

היית תמיד בחיי

Hayita tamid bechayay

You were always in my life

בכל הדרכים שהלכתי בעצם

Bechol haderachim shehalakti beetsem

In each and every path I took

היית לי נר לרגליי

Hayita li ner leraglai

You were a light to my feet

הייתי עיוור לא ראיתי מעבר

Hayiti iver lo rayiti meever

I was blind and I could not see beyond

למה שהביטו עיניי

Lemah shehibitu aynai

What my eyes beheld

מלך מלכי המלכים תודה על חיים

Melech malchei Hamelachim todah al hayim

King of all Kings thank-you for life

על אושר על בכי על צחוק

Al osher al bechi al tschok

For happiness for tears and for laughter

גם שקשה לפעמים גם אז אלוקים

Gam kshekashe lilamim gam az elokim

Also when it’s hard at times even then Lord

אתה לעולם לא רחוק

Ata leolam lo rachok

You are never far away

Prophetic

The Branch, the Root of King David, the Lion of Judah and the Bright Morning Star

Yeshua is the Branch, the Root of David, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, the Bright Morning Star

All glory to Yeshua ha Mashiach; the King of Israel, the King of the Jews

Halleluyah!, Halleluyah!

We are Jews and Gentiles together who are praising, praying, and prophesying about ADONAI

Tell them:

The two sticks of Judah and Joseph are one; the wild and cultivated branches are together as one Olive Tree

One King will be king for all of them; ADONAI will be their God, and they will be ADONAI’S people

Halleluyah!, Halleluyah!

All glory to Yeshua ha Mashiach, the Lion of Judah

Halleluyah!, Halleluyah!

ADONAI is our God, ADONAI is One

ADONAI TZVA’OT – our Protector, our Shomer

The nations will know that ADONAI who sets Isra’el apart as holy, when ADONAI’S sanctuary is with them forever.

ADONAI is our God, ADONAI is one!

Halleluyah!, Halleluyah!

All glory to Yeshua ha Mashiach; the Jewish Messiah, the Bright Morning Star

Halleluyah!, Halleluyah!

Yeshua is the Way, the Truth and the Life

For the testimony of Yeshua is the Spirit of prophecy.

Halleluyah!, Halleluyah!

Amen
